Observation

During the site visit conducted on 01/31/2023, Licensor was informed by program staff, that there is currently only one staff member scheduled to be on-site after 5:30 PM, until the last child is picked up. Licensor was informed that the school principal often works til 6pm and the custodial staff are also present during this time. The staff admitted to not having a plan in place to contact the principal if there was an emergency. One staff member informed licensor that she has the phone numbers of custodial staff, but could not provide any further details on an department approved alternate plan.
